Managing Database Records

Once the database table are created, one would always like to make changes in the existing data set by adding new records, or deleting existing records or update the existing records. In order set by new records to the currently open database table, use to the New Record Button on the status bar. The new records are always added at the end of the existing data table. As soon the current start typing, Access creates a new empty record (marked with an asterisk), while the current record indicator changes from an narrow to a pencil.
